How to dispose of crayons
- Mail broken crayons to a crayon-recycling nonprofit
- Or melt them at home into fun multicolor crayons (muffin tin, low oven)
- Otherwise they go in the trash
Greener option
Melting old crayons into new shapes is a great kids' project.
