You should place your bulky trash no later than 6 AM on your monthly pick-up date. Keep in mind that crews have up to three days to pick it up. Additionally, place items on the curbside where they can easily be picked up, and leave about 5 feet of space on all sides of the bulky trash and items will be loose.
Items will not be collected if you are placing your bulky items after your assigned pick-up date. As a result, a fine will be charged if you set out your bulky trash earlier than three days prior to your assigned pick-up date. Free Landfill Day in Oklahoma City
There are two free landfill days which usually take place in May and September. The free landfill day which takes place on Saturday, May 18, 2024, only regular household garbage such as furniture, household appliances, bagged leaves and landscape waste, and other acceptable bulky waste.
