You have to put your trash bins with closed lids outside before the time of trash collection starts. Recycling and trash collection will be done between 6 AM to 5 PM.

Proper Container Placement

Make sure that the container must not interfere with people and vehicles to move around.
The container must be placed at least 15 feet away from objects like cars, poles, and mailboxes.

Missed Collection of Trash in Phoenix
