Garbage Collection in Toledo
According to the rules and regulations of Toledo, place your cart at the curbside by 7 AM on your collection day. To reduce litter, put all trash material into a bag and then place it into the garbage cart. Place your cart in a way that its lid will face the front of the street so that an automatic trash collection truck will pick up your trash easily.
Place your cart in a location that is easily accessible for trash collection trucks. Try to keep your trash away from obstacles such as poles, parked cars, and mailboxes. While placing your cart at the curbside, leave a distance of 2 feet from other carts. Moreover, your Toledo trash cart is labeled with a serial number that links with your residence, so if your cart gets damaged or you want to move, do not remove it—call Public Services.
